digging fills

in 2012 I worked with Synchronicty Space in Los Angeles, CA to construct a thirty foot audiovisual environment centered around a 3D lenticular print series.  What once flickered with millions+ colors is now rendered as a dissolved shell through checkered lenses.  This installation marked a dramatic transition for me, shifting away from a hypercolor palette laden with pop cultural motifs towards a more stark introspective body.

Documentation of this work proliferates online as a series of animated GIFs like the one shown below. You can see a collection of them as they were exhibited in the first digital arts biennial in 2013 entitled “The Wrong”
